A small collection of islands is home to the Western Air Temple. With mostly flat grassland, there doesn't seem to be any civilization. Hidden under the rocky cliffs are whole cities hanging upside down, built out of the rocky overhangs which were once home to the female airbenders.

OPEN OCEAN
For miles there is nothing but open water separating the Fire Nation from the Earth Kingdom, with many boats trolling around between. Storms tend to blow in from nowhere so a sturdy pair of sea legs are important.
